Change Methodical debuted in 2000 bridging the gap between the established technical skatepunk
of the late 90s
with the emerging screamo/post hardcore sound of the early 00s. Winding, unpredictable songs filled with fury and emotion brought them to the forefront of the diy punk scene in Alberta until their disbandment in 2010.
